What will you learn?

 

  1. The art of shifting focus and noticing - breathing techniques and noticing the body.

  2. Recognising stress and anchoring confidence - breathing techniques to reinforce balance and calm.

  3. The teenage brain and emotional tension – techniques for shifting moods/emotions and releasing tension.

  4. Finding focus - techniques to centre the self and build concentration.

  5. Energising and embracing new behaviours – techniques to move beyond challenging moments and build a bright future.

  6. Manage moods and emotions – techniques to lift moods and grow confidence.

Pricing​

£220 per student for the full 6-week programme with a minimum of 3 students per group and maximum of 6. This price comprises access to the beChill® App and support with course materials during the programme.
